Painting Studio

A curated collection of my artwork divided by medium

The role of an artist in society is to establish creativity, inspiration, and documentation. Art allows us to study life around us, art can also pose questions make statements and move emotions. From cave paintings to now art has had a powerful influence and journey. My artistic journey is inspired by the human form. The ability to display something new with each slight variegated nuance. My work explores the cycle of life, the torment of man, the duality of life and the appreciation of form. I strive to focus on the importance of the technical skills within art to convey a mastery of craft. Although, exploration is extremely important and only aids to ones learning experience. I explore my work through paint, pencil, charcoal, and sculpture. Art has a superpower which allows it to communicate to everyone no matter the culture, not limited by language. A picture may have 1000 words, but it is up to the viewer to engage in the production of the interpretation.
